This place and the hospitality the hosts offer are the best things you can do for your self during time off. I had a really good time and can’t wait to go back! Oh, and definitely get a Kenyan dinner while there!

  We had a really amazing stay at the beach club. We rented the whole place out for a family Christmas on the beach. All of the rooms are great, very comfortable beds, and good privacy. There are a number of great common areas, including the bar / dining area, tables by the pool, a little beach house etc. The beach itself is beautiful and quite quiet (it’s just south of the busier part of Diani beach), and they have private beds etc to relax on. The staff are all really amazing (especially Suli, also known as Mr Sunshine because of his constant smile), taking care of every need. The food was also really great; we arranged a big family style meal every night where we just agreed the price based on the meal; during the day you can just pay for ad hoc meals or snacks anytime. The cooking was really great, better than some of the lodges we visited. They also helped us arrange transport and day trips etc which was very useful. Overall, everyone on the trip was really happy with the experience and would happily come back!

  A true first-class gem! Amazing accommodations, excellent service, attentive staff and delicious breakfast and great choice of appetizing food snacks. A beautiful private clean beach with white powdery sand in a quiet and safe location. Communication with host and staff was superb. Large accommodating rooms with African decor, netting and cozy patio. The grounds were well landscaped including a modern pool and gazebo with a stunning view of the ocean. Highly recommend Galu 723 and will definitely return!

  This is by far the nicest place to relax and enjoy Diani! The chalets and the swimming pool are beautiful and the staff are absolutely superb! I highly recommend this place!

  Situated on the pristine Galu Kinondo stretch of beach, this property was everything I needed for my solo getaway. Gabriele ensured that my check in went smoothly. Taking care of my meals, answering questions, and mixing delicious dawa cocktails, was Suleiman – Mr. Sunshine. The property is a tropical hideaway with private beach access. Morning walks, reading on the swing bed a few steps from the ocean, delicious eats, and easy access to transportation……I couldn’t have asked for a better trip.
I was also fortunate enough to get a tour of the other rooms on the property. It’s easy to see that the Ocean Club was built with love. Whether it’s for a solo retreat, a couple’s vacation, or a family getaway, this property really hits the mark. I will definitely return.
